JT

Thanks for the update. I am not doing well. I fallen back into all of my bad habits and really need some sort of motivation. I feel really blah blah blah.

I need some motivation!!! Anyone have any ideas to remotivate. ??

D.D.

Remember its okay JT, to have a bad week, you still lost 10 pounds thats a lot, just pack around the 10 pound bag of potatoes at the store. It takes a while to change our ways of eating we've gotten used to. It can take years to learn how to get good at an instrument or learn to be a great dancer, so its taking us a while but we can do it. When I was having my bad weeks I decided to try and focus on drinking more of my water and that really helps, just focus on 1 or 2 things if your getting frustrated. Like if your doing the core plan just focus on no bread this week or not eating after six, whats saving me at work is keeping the 94% fat free butter popcorn only 20 calories a cup and I have that on one of my breaks and the other break I have the ww oatmeal2pt with lowfat milk, it tastes sweet but has no sugar. I'm still not being perfect though I go beyond my extended flex point for the core program. I've been going back on my pop a little but I only drink a few sips. I've been asking for half the cheese where I get an omelet and for a 2 egg instead of the 4. Just forgive yourself and remember your reason you started in the first place. My cousin James has lost 150 pounds and has 50 to go. He told me he did it after reading the south beach diet, he said their was 1 chapter where he finally got it. I'm reading it now. He says he eats like a king and he loves walking and running now. Hope you are having a good time visiting your Mom. Happy Easter!
